Parties may raise trade or payment disputes through the platform. Disputes are reviewed by SMT; private dispute details are not published.

SMT facilitates resolution but final commercial responsibility rests with the transacting businesses, per their contract.

Raising a dispute does not by itself change a payment's status; changes require the finance workflow.
